Update after #74142 (merged 2026-10-05): executor events now carry their `TaskInstanceKey`, so the `coordinates=None` half of this report is fixed. I reran the same reproduction (one task that fails once then retries, LocalExecutor, sqlite, one scheduler) on main with that change.
