`SparkConnectHook.get_connection_url` rejects a connection whose host
carries a URL path (Spark Connect URLs do not support one), but the message was
written without the `f` prefix, so users saw the literal text `Path {url.path}
is not supported in Spark Connect connection URL` instead of the path they
configured.
This adds the missing prefix and tightens the existing test to assert the
path appears in the message. No behaviour change beyond the message text.
