Thanks for the work here. Since #71427 deprecated `ClusterGenerator` (planned removal 2027-09-01), the keyword-based cluster construction path in `DataprocCreateClusterOperator` will be removed along with it, and #70296 is closed. Moving cluster building to `execute()` would change observable behaviour (`cluster_config` is `None` before execution) for a path with a fixed end date, so we'll resolve this operator's `__init__` exemption by removing the legacy path instead.
