Ad-hoc provider release re-cutting **common.ai 1.0.0** as rc2. It was excluded from the 2026-10-14 wave so it could ship with the `pydantic-ai-skills` cap (#74899): the `skills` extra allowed pydantic-ai-skills 2.x, which breaks a fresh `[skills]` install at run time. 1.0.0 was never published, so the version is unchanged, and the 17 changes merged since rc1 are added to the existing 1.0.0 changelog section: - **Breaking:** #74473 (a reviewer's edit that no longer matches `output_type` now fails the task; the migration note was already in place). - **Features:** OpenAI Agents SDK adapter, durable replay and OpenTelemetry tracing (#74767, #74770, #74769), retry-policy reschedule (#74719), durable `CodeMode` (#74735), templated `LLMBatchOperator.request_params` (#74751). - **Bug fixes:** #74899, #74901, #74902, #74898, #74900, #71575, #74759. - **Doc-only:** #74736, #74737, #74768. The `code-mode` note now states the extra's actual floor, `pydantic-ai-harness>=0.35.0` (#74735). Also fixes openai's `common.compat` floor. #74149 left `>=1.12.0 # use next version`, but its async hook imports `get_async_extra_dejson`, which first shipped in common.compat **1.21.0** (#74147). The floor is now `>=1.21.0`. openai's version is not bumped, so this ships with openai's next release. Hence the `allow provider dependency bump` label. --- ##### Was generative AI tooling used to co-author this PR? - [X] Yes — Claude Code (Opus 5) Generated-by: Claude Code (Opus 5) following [the guidelines](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/contributing-docs/05_pull_requests.rst#gen-ai-assisted-contributions) 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
