Raise the Hindi (`hi`) UI locale from ~77% to 100% translation coverage.
All UI namespaces are now fully translated, following the glossary and formal
register defined in the `hi` locale guideline
(`airflow-core/src/airflow/ui/public/i18n/locales/hi/README.md`). i18next
`{{…}}` placeholders and plural forms (`_one`/`_other`) are preserved, and
keys
no longer present in the English source were removed.
Verified locally:
- `breeze ui check-translation-completeness --language hi` → *All
translations are complete!*
- `eslint` and `prettier` on the changed files pass cleanly.
