Hi @potiuk — I think this issue was closed by accident. It was auto-closed when #73679 merged, because that PR's description has `Close: #69464 (follow-up)`. But #73679 only adds UTF-8 encoding to the prek scripts on Windows and doesn't touch the Sentry config. The actual fix, #69504, is still open (milestone 3.5.0), and the bug is still there on 3.3.x: `[sentry] before_send` and `transport` are passed to `sentry_sdk.init()` as plain strings, so every event gets silently dropped.
