The `check-ts-sdk-serialization-conformance` static check fails intermittently with `No module named 'airflow.providers.cncf'` (for example in job 117752054236 on #75020, whose change is unrelated). The Python side of the conformance check (`scripts/ci/lang_sdk_serialization/compare.py`) ran `uv run --project airflow-core` in the shared workspace `.venv`. prek runs the chart's `kubeconform` hook at the same time, and `breeze k8s setup-env` syncs that same `.venv` to the `kubernetes-tests` packages, including the editable cncf.kubernetes provider. When the provider lands there after the serializer's Python has started, provider discovery sees its entry point but not its sources on `sys.path`, and the import fails. Installing an editable provider into a venv under a running interpreter reproduces the exact error. The serializer now runs in a dedicated `.build/lang-sdk-serialization-venv`, the same isolation the mypy hooks use. The Go SDK conformance check uses the same script, so it was exposed to the race too. Both TS conformance checks and the Go one pass locally with the change. --- ##### Was generative AI tooling used to co-author this PR? - [X] Yes — Claude Code (Opus 5.5) Generated-by: Claude Code (Opus 5.5) following [the guidelines](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/contributing-docs/05_pull_requests.rst#gen-ai-assisted-contributions) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
