URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/75110

Setting up near-identical connections for dev, staging and production meant
re-typing every field by hand. Airflow 2 could duplicate a connection, but the
Airflow 3 UI dropped that action.

Each row in the Connections list now has a Duplicate action. It opens the
add-connection form pre-filled from the selected connection, with an empty
Connection ID.

The API returns secrets as `***`, both the password and sensitive `extra`
keys. When a connection is edited, the backend merges that placeholder back
into the stored secret. A new connection has no stored secret to merge with, so
copying the placeholder would save the literal `***` as the new connection's
secret. Redacted values are left empty instead: the password field is blank,
sensitive `extra` keys are dropped, and provider fields show up empty. A note
at the top of the form asks the user to fill them in.
