#75222 upgraded the `v3-4-test` lock, which resolved SQLAlchemy 2.1.4. On 2.1, mypy fails in the CI image (23 errors across airflow-core) and snowflake-sqlalchemy cannot be imported. `main` went through the same upgrade in #73822.
