## Description The Snowflake provider currently caps SQLAlchemy at `<2.1` because `snowflake-sqlalchemy` is not yet compatible with SQLAlchemy 2.1. Removing the cap directly causes dependency resolution to fail across the Airflow workspace. This PR investigates a CI-level dependency-resolution workaround while preserving the Snowflake provider's existing dependency constraints and compatibility requirements. **Testing** - Verify dependency resolution with `uv lock`. - Run relevant Snowflake hook and OpenLineage tests in a compatible environment. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
