Parameters the link names replace what the page had for them, and everything else survives. This applies only when the path does not change: across pages the parameters belong to the page being left, and are dropped as before. Review Comment: `ui_actions` isn't in 3.4.0b2 or on main yet, so there's no earlier link behaviour for this to improve on.
