That path is for the predefined operators like `AgentOperator`, where the Dag author only fills in params. Its `hitl_review` plugin is a multi-round review (request changes, regenerate) that polls inside `execute`, so it holds the worker slot while it waits. This one is for TaskFlow users, where the code is arbitrary: one question and answer through the normal Required Actions page, for a `@task` that brings its own agent framework, like the OpenAI Agents SDK demo in the description.
