potiuk opened a new pull request, #75401:
URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/75401

`breeze ci upgrade` regenerates the provider requirement tables by running
`prepare-provider-documentation` with the group title skipped. Under GitHub
Actions `ci_group` never yielded in that case, so the step died with
`RuntimeError: generator didn't yield`. The upgrade then went on, because its
steps don't fail the run, and opened a PR with stale
`providers/*/docs/index.rst` files that failed static checks (seen on #75375).

Tested with a new regression test in `dev/breeze/tests/test_ci_group.py`,
which fails without the fix. I also ran `update-providers-build-files` with
`GITHUB_ACTIONS=true` on the #75375 branch, and it now regenerates the missing
files.
