In 3.4 the sidebar Dags button became a hover menu, and clicking it only toggled that menu, so a plain click no longer opened the Dags list as it did in 3.3. **What changed** - A mouse click on the Dags button now goes to the Dags list and closes the menu. Hovering still shows Dags, Dag runs and Task instances. - Touch, pen and keyboard have no hover, so a tap or Enter still opens the menu. That keeps Dag runs and Task instances reachable there. - `NavMenu` gets an optional `clickTo` prop, and `DagsButton` passes `/dags`.
