Follow-up to #75450, which fixed the same kind of zh-TW phrasing issues in
the Dag version diff strings.
Most `_one` entries now spell out `1` instead of interpolating `{{count,
number}}`, matching the rest of the locale.
`dashboard.favorite.favoriteDags_one` keeps the ordinal 「第」 while `_other` uses
「前」.
Wording fixes:
- `common.pendingDagRun`: 「待執行」→「待處理」, matching how `pending` is translated
elsewhere in the locale (`common.states.pending`,
`browse.deadlines.filters.statusOptions.pending`).
- `common.teams.more`: 「還有 {{count, number}} 個」→「及其他 {{count, number}} 個團隊」,
since it is rendered inline after the team list.
- `hitl.requiredActionCount`: 「任務實例數 ({{count, number}})」→「任務實例 ({{count,
number}})」.
Validation:
- `breeze ui check-translation-completeness --language zh-TW`: all
translations are complete
- `prek run --from-ref upstream/main --stage pre-commit`: passed
- Prek hook `Compile / format / lint UI`: passed
