Remove the info icon and its "About this comparison" tooltip from the Dag
version comparison on the Versions tab.
The tooltip's wording ("Compares currently stored state, not creation-time
evidence...") was hard to follow and added little to the page. It's unlikely a
first time user would even find it. This removes:
- the icon button in `VersionDiff.tsx` (and the unused `LuInfo` import); the
"Values hidden" pill for users without Dag code access is unchanged
- the test that asserted the icon was present
- the now-unused `versions.aboutThisComparison` and
`versions.observedStateBoundary` keys from every locale's `dag.json`
