Checked my changes in this wave against the RC distributions from PyPI. All
are included at `providers/2026-10-20` and in the provider changelogs:
- **fab 3.10.2rc1** — #74839: the access-control docs no longer list
`DAGs.can_edit` for the asset-wide `DELETE
/api/v2/assets/{asset_id}/queuedEvents`, so only `Assets.can_delete` applies
there. The per-Dag endpoint is unchanged. ✅
- **standard 1.21.0rc1, edge3 5.1.0rc1** — #73787 (example Dags, not listed
above): the example Dags pass runtime values to their shell commands through
`env=` instead of templating them into the command. Confirmed in both wheels. ✅
I also verified the whole wave: signatures, checksums, licences (RAT),
NOTICE/LICENSE, versions, and a reproducible rebuild of all 61 artefacts from
the tag (byte-identical). Everything passes.
