I opened #75569 for this: the dag, task and task group ids are checked in `validate_serialized_dag` with the Task SDK's own rules, so a bad id from a language-SDK bundle becomes an import error on the file. The `..` rule is left as the Task SDK has it, which is where #73923 ran into trouble.
