I reviewed both helpers, and I think the new dependency already follows the
similar authorization pattern.
It resolves the bundle's owning team and delegates the access check through
`is_authorized_dag` and `_requires_access`.
I only added a docstring to clarify the bundle's authorization scope.
Please let me know if you had a specific structural change in mind.
