Hi! I’m a first-time contributor and I’d like to work on this. @rsdpyenugula, are you still working on it? If I don’t hear back in a few days, I’ll go ahead. My plan is a focused update to create-custom-decorator.rst: update what looks like an outdated DecoratedOperator import path, correct ProviderManager → ProvidersManager, add the missing Callable import in the example, and add a short note up front explaining that decorators are registered through a provider package (linking the custom-provider guide).
