This PR keeps `app_profile_id` for backward compatibility, emits an `AirflowProviderDeprecationWarning` when it is provided, and documents the deprecation in the operator's docstring. The Bigtable Admin API's `delete_table` method does not accept an app profile, so the parameter cannot be passed through to the underlying API call. I've updated the implementation and added a unit test to cover the deprecation warning and verify that `delete_table` is called without `app_profile_id`.
