Thanks for folding the `.subquery()` change in, @Lee-W. With both sides as subqueries the orphan `DELETE` no longer carries a `WITH`, so this PR also fixes #72187 (Vitess/PlanetScale rejecting `WITH` inside a `DELETE`). I ran `test_asset_orphaning_delete_has_no_cte` from #75127 on this head (c96f5bd024): it compiles the `asset_active` `DELETE` with the MySQL dialect and passes. Now that this has landed, I'll rebase #75127 down to that test, as a regression test for #72187, unless you'd rather I close it.
