After #71192, `PATCH /execution/callbacks/{callback_id}/run` exchanges a
callback token for an `execution` token whose `token.id` is the `Callback` UUID
rather than a `TaskInstance` UUID. In multi-team mode, `get_team_name_dep` and
`has_xcom_access` only queried `_team_name_for_ti_stmt(token.id)`, returning
`None` when synchronous callbacks read team-scoped connections, variables, or
XComs.
- add `_team_name_for_callback_stmt(callback_id)` resolving
`Callback.bundle_name` to `Team.name` via `DagBundleModel`
- fall back to `_team_name_for_callback_stmt(token.id)` in
`get_team_name_dep` and `has_xcom_access` when no `TaskInstance` matches
`token.id`
- add unit tests in `test_security.py` and `test_xcoms.py`
