On fork CI (AIP-120) the PROD image is built and loaded as ghcr.io/<fork owner>/airflow/..., and the checkout's origin is the fork. Three groups of jobs still assumed apache/airflow and failed on a full-tests run in a fork: the Kubernetes commands looked for ghcr.io/apache/airflow images, the E2E tests pulled the fork's stale registry image over the freshly built one, and the Helm release job fetched tags from a fork that does not have the helm-chart release tags.
