InletEventsAccessor `after()` and `before()` were annotated to take only str, but the values are passed into GetAssetEventByAsset/GetAssetEventByAssetAlias, whose after/before fields are AwareDatetime. An aware datetime already worked at runtime; only the annotation rejected it. This widens both annotations to `datetime | str` and documents the accepted types. Naive values are still rejected. Prompted by #70225, where AssetEventSensor has to call `.isoformat()` only to satisfy the annotation. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
