The former attrs converter has no callers or field registrations. Dag file information now uses a dataclass, so this helper only adds unused maintenance surface. Functional suite and benchmark results below use the combined deletion commit `5a27d8338d` (base `ead86184fb5d`). The deletion patch is unchanged after rebasing onto `8b5306690a`; fast/manual hooks passed again after rebase. Validation: individual fast/manual static checks passed. On the combined deletion tree, all 12,042 core database tests passed; the core non-database suite had 5,524 passes and 12 executor-loader failures. The exact same 12 failures reproduce in the full suite on unchanged `main` (`ead86184fb5d`), with identical pass counts. All 116 Python documentation packages passed, including spelling. Fresh-process import benchmark: base versus all 21 deletions together; three alternating runs per state, seven samples per run.
