The former version compatibility wrapper has no callers and now unconditionally returns a dialect_names mapping. Keeping the uncalled wrapper provides no compatibility behavior. Functional suite and benchmark results below use the combined deletion commit `5a27d8338d` (base `ead86184fb5d`). The deletion patch is unchanged after rebasing onto `8b5306690a`; fast/manual hooks passed again after rebase. Validation: individual fast/manual static checks passed. On the combined deletion tree, all 12,042 core database tests passed; the core non-database suite had 5,524 passes and 12 executor-loader failures. The exact same 12 failures reproduce in the full suite on unchanged `main` (`ead86184fb5d`), with identical pass counts.
