The datetime conversion helper has no callers, registrations, or documented public API contract. Its calendar dependency is exclusive to the unused implementation. Functional suite and benchmark results below use the combined deletion commit `5a27d8338d` (base `ead86184fb5d`). The deletion patch is unchanged after rebasing onto `8b5306690a`; fast/manual hooks passed again after rebase. Validation: individual fast/manual static checks passed. On the combined deletion tree, all 12,042 core database tests passed; the core non-database suite had 5,524 passes and 12 executor-loader failures. The exact same 12 failures reproduce in the full suite on unchanged `main` (`ead86184fb5d`), with identical pass counts.
