Depends on #75752. Please merge that PR first. Only the last commit belongs to this PR. ## Why After #75752, the xcom tests wait for the Dag run to finish before the xcom commands. That wait gives the compose stack 60 seconds. A freshly started stack can need more than that to run the task. The xcom commands then still fail with "XCom doesn't exist". #72260 fixed this on main. ## What Clean cherry-pick of #72260. The wait now polls the REST API and allows 300 seconds. `AIRFLOW_CTL_TEST_DAG_RUN_TIMEOUT` can change this value.
