@shahar1 thanks. Static checks failed on HTTP 403s from Maven Central in the Java SDK hooks, which this PR doesn't touch. The CTL `dags update` failure is a 5 s httpx read timeout when the CI API server briefly stalls; `main` hides it by retrying, and this PR deliberately doesn't resend writes. It passes on most re-runs in my fork. I pushed an empty commit; could you approve the workflows?
