The listener pickles facets to send them to its process pool. Info objects kept build-time attributes such as the serialized Dag, and a serialized Dag with a mapped operator can't be pickled, so task events emitted from the scheduler or API server were dropped with only a `Failed to submit method to executor` warning. Info objects now keep only their dict items, so tests read fields as items.
