Remove one identical default-endpoint 404 test from each regular/dry-run patch class (18 test lines). Keep the separate missing-Dag and missing-task cases with explicit URLs and error details. Validation: Ruff and required fast/manual checks passed. The combined provider DB run passed; FAB/common.compat non-DB cases had 618 passed / 12 skipped (`9f45ce43f6`). Shared core validation had 18 non-DB failures and one DB timeout; every affected case passed serial retry.
