Scan release histories only for release headings and skip rewriting unchanged provider HTML. Release-date ordering and generated HTML remain compatible. Three alternating runs over Amazon's 885 generated HTML files reduced median postprocessing from 1.966 s to 0.740 s; every output hash matched. This measures only the postprocessing phase. Validation: all 57 Sphinx tests passed; six new cases fail on unchanged baseline code. All 116 docs builds and required core/Breeze checks passed on the combined validation tree.
