Remove the unused Sphinx `prepare_code_snippet` renderer and its exclusive import. The active summary renderer uses `airflow.utils.code_utils`; no callers use this copy. Validation: 15 focused tests passed in Breeze; fast and manual static checks passed after rebasing. Shared validation on the combined cleanup tree: 12,077 core DB passes with one timeout, and 5,525 non-DB passes with 18 failures. All affected cases passed serial retries; the original broad runs remain recorded as failed.
