`t_identity` in `openlineage_policy_exclude_datasets_authoring_dag`
registered `s3://` assets. Their OpenLineage translation lives in the amazon
provider
(`airflow.providers.amazon.aws.assets.s3.convert_asset_to_openlineage`), so
when that provider is not installed the `s3://` assets are silently dropped and
the task emits fewer inputs and outputs than the test expects (1 instead of 2).
This changes the test to use `file://` URIs on another host
(`file://host2/...`) instead, so that it passes with and without the amazon
provider installed. It still checks that an authored `exclude_datasets` pattern
matches the `<namespace>/<name>` of a dataset of another namespace, and that
`file://host1/slash_*` is excluded without a doubled slash.
Only the system test DAG and its expected events change, no provider code.
