The PR now implements the cron settings and timezone behavior across Go, Java and TypeScript, with a dedicated language-SDK parse request, required nested configuration supplied by core, and typed Go timezone validation. The follow-up fixes Java Instant start dates retaining UTC under non-UTC deployment defaults. Its regression test failed before the fix and passed afterward; all 327 Java SDK tests and Kotlin/Spotless checks passed. The broader validation results and remaining environment/coverage limits are retained in the PR description.
