Backport of #73328 to `airflow-ctl/v0-1-test` (cherry picked from
9fbec0321e5dea498256f0fe56272f7c0dff6a3a).
Only the airflowctl part is backported: `assets materialize` now sends an
empty JSON body (`json={}`). Servers that require the body (#73328, Airflow
3.4) reject the current bodyless POST with 422; 3.2 and 3.3 servers accept the
empty body. The `airflow-core` change does not ship from this branch.
`uv run --project airflow-ctl pytest airflow-ctl/tests` passes, except
`test_server_connection_refused`, which also fails on the unchanged branch in
my local environment.
