The TypeScript coordinator currently emits DEBUG records even when Airflow's logging level is INFO. The supervisor forwards those records assuming the SDK has already filtered them. Honor the existing `AIRFLOW__LOGGING__LOGGING_LEVEL` and `AIRFLOW__LOGGING__NAMESPACE_LEVELS` settings in `LogChannel`, defaulting to INFO and resolving the nearest dotted namespace override. Filter before serialization and buffering so startup logs, socket output, and stderr fallback use the same threshold. This follows the Go and Java SDK behavior and requires no new Airflow setting or supervisor change. Validation: - Full TS suite: **951 tests passed**, including 16 new regression cases. The unchanged implementation failed 14 of those cases before the fix. - Typecheck, ESLint, Prettier, TypeScript build, and applicable pre-commit hooks passed. - Independent code review found no actionable issues.
