#74559 marked the Apache Cassandra provider unavailable on 3.14 because no `cassandra-driver` release then shipped a C extension that built there. 3.30.0 was the first with cp314 wheels, so the exclusion can go. The floor here is 3.30.1 rather than 3.30.0: opening a provider to a new interpreter is a fine moment to take the intervening bugfixes with it. It applies only from 3.14 up, so 3.11-3.13 keep the drivers they already resolve, and the topmost line stays open-ended so 3.15 resolves a driver instead of installing the provider without one. **The meta-package floor stays at `>=3.7.0`.** Raising it to the release that will carry 3.14 support cannot work before that release is on PyPI: `generate_constraints_pypi_providers` pins every provider at its newest published version, so on 3.11-3.13 the pin `==3.10.1` contradicts any higher floor outright, and on 3.14 nothing above 3.10.1 is installable at all. The floor has to follow the wave rather than lead it, as in #62924. Until it does, a 3.14 install resolves back to 3.9.2 — the newest release predating the exclusion. Details are in the review thread. Vespa was split out into #75062; it had no such ordering problem, since no release excluding 3.14 was ever published for it. --- ##### Was generative AI tooling used to co-author this PR? <!-- If generative AI tooling has been used in the process of authoring this PR, please change below checkbox to `[X]` followed by the name of the tool, uncomment the "Generated-by". --> - [x] Yes (please specify the tool below) Generated-by: Codex (GPT-6-Luna) and Claude Code (Opus 5) following [the guidelines](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/contributing-docs/05_pull_requests.rst#gen-ai-assisted-contributions) --- * Read the **[Pull Request Guidelines](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/contributing-docs/05_pull_requests.rst#pull-request-guidelines)** for more information.
