## Why The airflowctl integration tests run every command against a real API server. On `airflow-ctl/v0-1-test`, #70724 skips the six asset state store commands. The skip is unconditional. So these commands have no integration coverage on this branch, even against a 3.3 server. On main, #75753 skips them only when the server is older than 3.3. ## What Cherry-pick of #75753, with two changes for this branch: - Remove the unconditional skip from #70724 and put the commands back in `TEST_COMMANDS`. - Drop the `taskinstances state-store` entry from the version table, because this branch does not have these commands. I ran the suite from this branch against `apache/airflow:3.2.2` and `3.3.2`. On 3.2.2, the 12 state store tests are skipped and the rest pass.
