Tested both of mine on 3.4.0rc1 (PyPI wheels + 3.4.0rc1 constraints, Python 3.12, macOS arm64), with 3.3.2 as the control. Both work as expected. https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/73565: `pip install "apache-airflow[fab-oauth]==3.4.0rc1"` pulls in the FAB provider (3.10.2) with authlib (1.9.1), and `github-enterprise` / `google-auth` now resolve to `apache-airflow-providers-fab[oauth]` too. With the FAB auth manager and a GitHub `AUTH_OAUTH` config, `/auth/login/github` redirects to GitHub's authorize URL.
