URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/76129

   Removes `cleanup_stuck_queued_tasks` from `CeleryExecutor`,
`CeleryKubernetesExecutor`, `KubernetesExecutor` and `LocalKubernetesExecutor`.
The method has been deprecated since November 2024 (#43520) in favour of
`revoke_task`.

   Core no longer calls it:
   - Both providers require `apache-airflow>=2.11.0`. The 2.11 scheduler calls
`executor.revoke_task()` and falls back to `cleanup_stuck_queued_tasks` only
when `revoke_task` raises `NotImplementedError`. All four executors implement
`revoke_task`.
   - Airflow 3 core has no such method.

   `CeleryKubernetesExecutor.revoke_task` keeps its fallback for
`cncf.kubernetes` providers older than 10.0.1, which lack `revoke_task`. The
`cncf.kubernetes` extra of the Celery provider still allows `>=7.4.0`. Raising
that floor to `>=10.0.1` would let the fallback go too; that is left for review.

Removed the tests that only exercised the method. The k8s test that checked
a revoked attempt does not affect another attempt of the same task now calls
`revoke_task`.
