Adds the missing `TasksOperations.get` and `TasksOperations.list` methods to airflowctl, along with their CLI help text and tests, completing the tasks command surface for #66173. `get` retrieves a single task for a Dag by Dag ID and task ID, with an optional version number. `list` returns all tasks for a Dag in one server response, so it intentionally does not use limit/offset pagination. closes: #66173 Note: #67947 also touches TasksOperations, but it targets task-instance management (#61547) and is currently unmergeable; this PR is the minimal tasks-only completion of #66173, rebased on current main. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
