potiuk opened a new pull request, #76151: URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/76151
The fork CI monitor drafted a pull request for every fork state but green, including a run that had only just started. Rebasing an approved pull request therefore drafted it within minutes, before its CI could pass. On #74696 (two approvals, green project CI) the rebase push at 05:32 was followed by a draft at 05:48 while the fork run was still `running`, which reads as a failure to reviewers and the author. A running run needs nothing from the author, so it now only removes `ready for maintainer review`, which keeps unverified commits out of the review queue, and leaves the draft state alone. A failed run, a fork that needs setup, or one waiting for a push still drafts the pull request, and a green run still undrafts what the bot drafted. Reported in the fork CI thread on Slack. --- ##### Was generative AI tooling used to co-author this PR? - [X] Yes — Claude Code (Opus 5.5) Generated-by: Claude Code (Opus 5.5) following [the guidelines](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/contributing-docs/05_pull_requests.rst#gen-ai-assisted-contributions) 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
