**Description** This change resets `SnowflakeHook.descriptions` at the start of each `run()` call, ensuring it contains only cursor descriptions from the current execution. **Rationale** Reusing a hook instance to execute lists of SQL statements previously appended cursor descriptions to those retained from earlier calls. This could leave stale column metadata that no longer matched the current query results.
