Common AI 1.1.0rc3 is a separate candidate following its exclusion from the
October 29 RC2 vote. Azure 15.3.0rc2 and OpenLineage 2.21.0rc2 remain in their
existing vote.

The new Common AI fix is #75270: durable streaming works with pydantic-ai
2.60+, and a rejected OpenSandbox 1.2 ports-only egress policy reports the
intended error. Existing lower dependency bounds are unchanged. Please test
both streaming execution/replay and policy mismatch handling with current
dependencies.

Six checked items are carried forward from the [previous testing
issue](https://github.com/apache/airflow/issues/75955); they are prior
confirmations of unchanged code, not new RC3 test results. The new
compatibility fix remains unchecked pending contributor confirmation against
RC3.

I have a kind request for all the contributors to the latest provider
distributions release.
Could you please help us to test the RC versions of the providers?

The guidelines on how to test providers can be found in

   [Verify providers by
contributors](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/dev/README_RELEASE_PROVIDERS.md#verify-the-release-candidate-by-contributors)

Let us know in the comments, whether the issue is addressed.

These are providers that require testing as there were some substantial
changes introduced:
