I reran the reproduction on current main (LocalExecutor, SQLite, one scheduler, a task that fails on try 1 and succeeds on try 2). The `coordinates=None` part is fixed by #74142. Every event line now shows the full task key. The warning is still there. Each retry logs one "Discarding executor event ... the task instance no longer exists or is no longer current" warning (reworded by #74349), even though the task exists under its next try number and only one scheduler is running. Task and run states are correct.
