`S3ToAzureBlobStorageOperator` documented that S3 SSL certificates are verified by default, but `s3_verify` defaulted to `False`, which disabled verification for every S3 call the operator made. This changes the default to `None`, so the S3 hook follows the connection's / botocore's default (verification on), the same as the other AWS transfer operators. Users who relied on the old behaviour can pass `s3_verify=False` explicitly; a changelog note says so.
