### Description Presently, pausing a Dag in the UI is a frictionless experience, allowing users to inadvertently break critical pipelines. This proposal is to add a modal/ pop-up when the user clicks on the pause/activate toggle, asking them to confirm/ cancel their request to pause the Dag. This is a UI change only.
