In commit ede2af2, I have added a bounded queue guard to the API-server \ThreadPoolExecutor\ to address potential memory accumulation during OpenLineage collector outages or sustained latency: - **Bounded Capacity:** Submissions are guarded by a non-blocking \ hreading.BoundedSemaphore\ initialized to \[openlineage] api_server_max_pending_events\ (default: \1000\).
